A deposit is an essential step in securing your service and guaranteeing your spot. By placing a deposit, you confirm your commitment and allow us to allocate the necessary resources, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience. Deposits help us plan ahead, schedule efficiently, and provide top-tier quality without last-minute disruptions.
We request the deposit at the time of booking or agreement confirmation, ensuring your slot is locked in. Deposits are non-refundable. They act as a mutual safeguard, protecting your chosen date and our team's preparation. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we’re always happy to discuss future service options or rescheduling, but the deposit ensures the initial commitment is honored.

Things Happen
Clients are charged based on their scheduled booking time, beginning at the agreed start time and ending at the scheduled conclusion.
- Overtime Charges: Any time exceeding the scheduled booking will be billed at $1.50 per minute, added to the final total. Due to this structure, there is no separate late fee.

Rescheduling Policy:
- No fee for rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the original booking date.
- A $25 rescheduling fee applies to requests made after 7 days from the original booking date.
- If rescheduling occurs after 14 days, a new full deposit is required to secure a new booking.
🚗 TRAVEL & LOCATION
Travel is included within 35 miles of Calcium, NY.
Beyond that, travel is $1.50 per mile (one-way).
Example (Calcium → Syracuse, NY):
Approx. 70 miles total
- 35 miles included
- 35 additional miles × $1.50 = $52.50 travel fee
By submitting a deposit, clients agree to these terms.
